Community guidelines
Keep Urba a place people trust.
Urba lets people share photos, build guides, and show what their city has to offer. That only works if everyone can count on what they see. These rules apply to every photo, guide, caption, profile, and message on Urba. Break them and your content can be removed and your account suspended.
What is not allowed
Hate or harassment
Attacks, slurs, or targeted harassment based on who someone is — race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected traits.
Sexual or explicit content
Pornography, sexually explicit imagery, or any sexual content involving minors. Urba is not a place for adult content.
Violence or threats
Threats of violence, incitement, glorification of harm, or content that promotes dangerous or illegal acts.
Spam or scams
Deceptive promotions, fake listings, repetitive junk, phishing, or attempts to defraud other people on Urba.
Private information
Sharing someone else’s private information — address, phone, ID, or anything that could expose or endanger them — without consent.
Misleading or off-topic media
Photos that misrepresent a place, impersonation of a person or business, or content that has nothing to do with the venue it is attached to.
Reporting, blocking, and how fast we act
Every photo, guide, and profile in the app has a report option. Open the “…” menu on any post or profile and choose Report, then pick a reason. Reports are confidential — the person you report is not told who flagged them.
On any profile, open the “…” menu and choose Block. Blocking hides that person from you and stops them from interacting with you. You can unblock at any time from the same menu.
Urba reviews reports of objectionable content and acts within 24 hours — removing content that breaks these rules and suspending or removing accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate them. We also filter content automatically before it is published. Questions or appeals: [email protected].
