Tickets under $10
99 cents flat
Simple for cheap community, nightlife, and early-bird tickets.
$10–$29.99
99 cents + 1%
The percentage applies to the full ticket price.
$30–$49.99
99 cents + 2%
The percentage applies to the full ticket price.
$50 and up
99 cents + 3%
The percentage applies to the full ticket price.
Payment processing
2.9% + 30 cents
Charged in the event currency and shown separately from Urba fees.
Manual door sales
Free
Urba only charges on transactions it processes. Cash and external card sales record attendance at no cost.
Choose who pays fees
Let customers pay service and processing fees at checkout, or cover them from your earnings. Applicable ticket taxes are separate.

Organizer payout
When you cover ticketing fees, Urba service fees, processing and applicable tax on Urba’s fee are deducted from your earnings.
