Trusted organizers

Most ticket revenue can be paid out quickly. Some funds stay held to cover possible refunds.

New or flagged events

Funds may stay held until after the event if there is a higher risk of refunds or disputes.

Reserve release

Held funds become eligible for payout after the event, once refunds, disputes, cancellations, and any payout setup issues are resolved.

Settlement reporting

The dashboard separates ticket revenue, Urba service fee, processing, tax, reserves, refunds, and collaborator split reporting.
