Urba is event ticketing software for organizers. It helps you create event pages, sell paid or free tickets, scan QR tickets at the door, track sales, and get discovered in city feeds.

Ticketing starts at 99 cents per ticket. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or lock-in contracts. Payment processing fees are shown separately from Urba service fees.

Tickets under $10 use a flat 99 cent Urba service fee. Tickets priced at $10 or more use 99 cents plus 1%.

No. Event organizers pay Urba only when tickets sell. Event ticketing has no organizer subscription. Restaurant reservations are planned for a future launch and are not available yet.

Buyers pay the Urba service fee and payment processing at checkout. Those fees are not deducted from the organizer payout.

Urba uses Stripe Connect. Trusted organizers can receive most proceeds quickly with a visible refund reserve. New, unverified, flagged, or full-hold events may be held until the post-event reserve window clears.

Yes. Urba includes QR ticket scanning, guest-list tools, offline-capable check-in, and real-time event analytics for the door team.

Yes. Public events can appear when people browse their city on Urba.

Yes. Invite your team and choose who can manage the event, see finances, or scan tickets.

Yes. You can export your attendee list and reports from the dashboard. Urba does not sell your attendee list.

Urba supports concerts, club nights, tastings, pop-ups, comedy, workshops, community events, and small-to-mid festivals. RFID hardware and dedicated on-site staff are not included.
