From the alpine flavours of the north to the sun-drenched coasts of the south, each space highlights a distinct corner of the country, inviting guests to taste, compare, and discover what makes every part of Italy unique.

The evening unfolds as an interactive immersion. As you move through each “destination,” you receive a plate showcasing flavours from the regions that define that part of Italy.
