Centennial Theatre's own Artists & Musicians Performance Series (AMPS) returns with a hand-picked showcase of local talents.

Featuring: Colin Sankey Colin Sankey is a bassist, composer, and arranger from Vancouver, BC. His compositions seamlessly merge Jazz with funk, Latin, and rock music, creating a toe-tapping fusion with lush harmonies and blazing improvisations. A technical guru in his own right, he is frequently compared to Victor Wooten, Marcus Miller, and Alain Caron. Accompanied by saxophone virtuoso Brent Mah, drum set master Eliot Doyle, keyboard wizard Winston Matsushita, and guitar shredder Sebastian Chamney, Colin puts on a show complete with virtuosity, groove, and raw musicality.

Colin is the 1st place winner of the 2022 Phil Jones Solo Bass Competition and the 2nd place winner of the 2021 BITE Bass Contest. He has been featured on George Collier's YouTube channel, with over 800,000 subscribers.…
