Hosted at Sapori, this special evening explores the culinary heritage of Lazio, Campania, Calabria and Molise, with each dish, if you choose, you will have a thoughtfully paired accompaniment.
The event is hosted at Sapori, owned and operated by Luca Ferrante, himself a native of Lazio.
Begin with Supplì al Telefono, Rome's beloved fried rice croquettes filled with molten mozzarella, before travelling south to Campania for a classic Caprese Salad showcasing ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fragrant basil. The heartier third course highlights Calabria's bold culinary spirit with Pollo con 'Nduja, featuring succulent chicken accented by the region's famous spicy spreadable salami.…
