The event is hosted at Sapori, owned and operated by Luca Ferrante, himself a native of Lazio.

Begin with Supplì al Telefono, Rome's beloved fried rice croquettes filled with molten mozzarella, before travelling south to Campania for a classic Caprese Salad showcasing ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fragrant basil.
