During Rock Never Dies, guests will indulge in a 3-course meal created by Certified Executive Chef David DeLeon of Hard Rock International. This decadent meal includes a Blueberry Basil Green Salad for a starter, your choice of a Petit Grilled Sirloin and Shrimp, Seared Brown Butter Chicken and Grilled Salmon, a Classic Smash Burger, or Pasta Primavera for an entree, and a Cheesecake with fresh berries for dessert. *Menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability.
