Stephen Stanley & NoElectric Live in the Green Sanderson Hall at Hugh's Room, 296 Broadview AvenueShow at 8pm, Doors at 7pm$30+ in advance, $37+ at the door When the folks at St. Alban’s Hall in Adolphustown, Ontario requested the show be all-acoustic, Stephen Stanley & NoElectric was born. Happy to meet such a challenge, Stephen turned to his closest collaborator for the past 15 years, Chris Bennett and his 6 and 12 string guitars. To round the group out, Stephen recalled that over a decade ago, one of the jewels of the Toronto music scene was a bar in the Junction called The Troubadour. It was there that he first met Michael O’Grady.
The music of Stephen Stanley & NoElectric is a walk through Stephen's entire catalogue, from the early days up to the present including songs from Lowest of the Low, Too Many Sisters and The Stephen Stanley Band, including new songs that have yet to be heard. Friday November 6.
