The Stand Up Show: Mike Dambra

The Stand Up Show brings Canada’s top comedians to the Grindstone Theatre every Friday night.

This week’s headliner is Mike Dambra!

Celebrating his 32nd year in the business, Mike Dambra has become a comedy staple across the North American comedy circuit. Known as "the smart-ass king of comedy", Mike is known for having audience members come back to multiple performances in a weekend since every Dambra show is a unique and responsive experience. A native of Rochester, NY, now based in Edmonton, Mike has worked with acts such as Mick Foley, Michael Bolton, Adam Sandler, Jim Brewer, Rosie O'Donnell, and Paul Reiser. The Calgary Sun says, "Brush up on your sit-ups before you see this show, otherwise your stomach muscles will hurt the next day!" Also on the show this week are Graham MacDonald and emcee Leif Oleson-Cormack (Seattle International Comedy Competition, Edinburgh Fringe).
