A $10 materials fee will be collected on-site for the workshop. 請注意:現場會收取 $10加幣的材料費 In this workshop, you will create a coaster using indigo-dyed fabric scraps and thread through a traditional Japanese stitching technique called Sashiko.

However, the main purpose is not simply to learn how to sew.

Colour has no weight and no physical texture. But by intentionally trying to "touch" it, you begin to notice things: subtle fluctuations, how it resonates differently depending on the material, and how it evolves with use. This uneven, unpredictable fluctuation is the greatest charm of natural indigo dyeing.
